Redmond Kindergarten registration open

Redmond School District Kindergarten Registration for 2016-17 School Year

Redmond School District will offer Kindergarten Registration for all upcoming 2016-17 kindergarten students beginning the week of April 4, 2016.

In-town kindergarten students to attend Redmond Early Learning Center:

This includes families living within Redmond city limits whose neighborhood schools include John Tuck Elementary, M.A. Lynch Elementary, Sage Elementary, Tom McCall Elementary and Vern Patrick Elementary. Kindergarten students who reside within these school boundaries will attend the Redmond Early Learning Center at Hugh Hartman in the fall of 2016.
  • Beginning April 4th, all families can register their child at any neighborhood elementary school or at the District Office located at 145 SE Salmon Drive.  Registration packets can be found online at www.redmondschools.org or in person at any neighborhood elementary school or the District Office. 
Kindergarten students to attend Terrebonne Community School or Tumalo Community School:
  • Beginning April 11th, incoming Terrebonne and Tumalo kindergarten students can register in person at each school.
  • Registration packets can be found online at www.redmondschools.org or in person at Terrebonne or Tumalo Community Schools. 
Parents are encouraged to bring the following documents to register their child for kindergarten:
  • Birth certificate (child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2016)
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of address (piece of mail with parents name and current address)
