Redmond Police meth bust, Nov. 10

Redmond police arrest 10, seize methamphetamine

   Throughout the day on Thursday, Nov. 10, Redmond Police Officers developed information indicating several people with active arrest warrants, and methamphetamine were inside a residence located at the Sunhaven Mobile Home Park, 1201 SW 28th Street #38, Redmond. The information led to the application for a search warrant by the Redmond Police Department Street Crimes Unit.


   While applying for the search warrant, several people were observed leaving the residence or were otherwise associated with the residence and were contacted by police.  Of those people contacted, six were arrested for arrest warrants and or new drug-related crimes.  Those people are:

   A search warrant was executed shortly after 9:00 pm at the residence.  During the warrant execution, evidence of drug use and sale were discovered.  The following people were arrested at the residence:

   In total ten individuals were arrested for twenty-two new crimes or arrest warrants, and approximately 13 grams of methamphetamine removed from our community.  A total of sixteen police officers, both on-duty patrol officers on day shift and night shift, and members of the Redmond Police Department Street Crimes Unit were involved in some capacity throughout the day and into the night.

   The Redmond Police Department Street Crimes Unit is made up of patrol officers and detectives from the Redmond Police Department.  The Street Crimes Unit is an additional duty assignment beyond officer’s normal patrol or detective function.  Your Redmond Police Department is dedicated to making Redmond the safest community in Oregon.
