ROAD CLOSURE: The intersection of NW Upas Avenue and NW 15th Street will be closed from 7 a.m. Nov. 19 through Dec. 4 for the installation of a sewer main and sewer manhole, according to a press release. Local access will be restricted to residents of the affected area and no driveways should be affected by the closure. Westbound traffic on NW Upas Avenue will be diverted south on NW Upas Avenue, to the west of Elton Gregory Middle School. Traffic can use NW Spruce Avenue to access NW 15th and NW 17th streets and NW Canyon Drive. Contact: 541-548-9660.

RPA to preform CHARLOTTE’S WEB: Redmond Proficiency Academy Theatre is presenting “Charlotte’s Web” at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday at the McClay Center for the Performing Arts, 640 SW Evergreen Avenue. Due to the unique nature of the performance space, RPA recommends that audience members get tickets prior to attending the show. Tickets can be purchased in advance at rpatheatre.ticketleap.com. Limited tickets will be available at the door. General admission is $5, and student admission is $2.

Kiwanis holds See’s Candy fundraiser: Members of the Kiwanis Club of Redmond will sell See’s Candies at Sears, 224 SW Sixth Street, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Tuesday until Dec. 21, as a fundraiser for its youth projects. REDMOND STARLIGHT PARADE: The annual Christmas parade and community tree lighting will take place at 5 p.m. Nov. 24 on Sixth Street from Dogwood to Forest avenues. Red Cross blood drives: Three blood drives will take place this month, from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, 450 SW Rimrock Way, from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 21 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 1720 NW 19th St, and 12-6 p.m. Nov. 26 at the Redmond Grange, 707 SW Kalama.
