Former Redmond city councilor writes book about life in two genders

Anne Graham always stood out.

When she was just three years old, surgery left her with an unfocused eye that wandered outward all her life. That cross-eyed toddler eventually grew up and into a muscular, 6’3” frame and worked in U.S. Navy submarines and an illustrious career as an engineer.
